Sabinus, (89 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.800 grams), obv. bare head of king Tatius to right, SABIN behind, TA monogram before, rev. two Roman soldiers each carrying a woman in his arms, L.TITVRI in exergue, (S.249 [£60 VF], Cr.344/1a, Syd.698a, B.Tituria 1). Off centred reverse, otherwise good very fine/very fine and scarce.
