THE ROYAL AGRICULTURAL AND HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA, (1886), in bronze (70mm), by J.S.& A.B.Wyon, edge inscribed, 'Awarded to Saunders Cohoun & Co. for Bacon, September 1886'. In Wyon case of issue, this with some spotting on lid lining and clip-latch not working, the medal extremely fine.

A report from the show stated that all the various classes for pork were well filled with superb exhibits and those of the 'Boo-bec' brand by Saunders, Cohoun & Co, Mount Gambier considered excellent.
