UMAYYAD CALIPHATE, `Abd al-Malik (A.H. 65-86) (A.D. 685-705), gold dinar no mint stated (but Baghdad mint), A.H. 81 = A.D. 700-701, (4.190 grams), (A.125, BMC 191). Minor scratch on reverse, otherwise good very fine and rare.
One of the earlier date available to collectors, the year 77 is extremely rare and sells for several hundred thousand dollars.
