CNUT, (1016-1035), silver penny, short cross type, issued 1030-1035, (1.10 g), obv. diademed bust to left with sceptre before, + CNVT RECX, around, rev. short cross voided in circle, +SPEARTINC ON LNC around, (Swartinc of Lincoln), (S.1159, N.790, BMC type xvi). Toned, slightly crinkled, nearly extremely fine and scarce.
