ELIZABETH I, (1558- 1603), seventh issue, silver twopence, mint mark 1 (1601), (0.92 g), (S.2586, N.2016). Attractive dark tone, good very fine and scarce.

Ex Mark E. Freehill Collection, from Noble Numismatics Sale 78B (lot 2068), the W.H. Lampard Collection, originally bought from B.A. Seaby, Ltd., London, purchased in 1966.
