MACEDON, Kingdom of, Perdikkas II, (451-413 B.C.), silver heavy tetrobol, first series issued 437/6-432/1 B.C., (2.31 g), obv. horseman prancing to right, within dotted border, rev. forepart of lion to right in incuse square within linear border, (S.1491, Weber 2021 [same dies], SNG ANS 57 [same dies], Raymond 219 [these dies]). Very fine and scarce.
