HADRIAN, (A.D. 117-138), Rome Mint, issued A.D. 119, (3.48 g), obv. laureate head of Hadrian to right, around IMP CAESAR TRAIAN HADRIANVS AVG, rev. P M TR P COS III around, Genius or Bonus Eventus naked standing left, sacrificing out of patera over lighted altar, holding corn-ears, (cf.S.3522, RIC 90, RSC 1089). Attractively toned, nearly extremely fine or beter and scarce.
