ROMAN, (c.4th century A.D.), olive green glass jug with funnel mouth, spiral glass applied around the lip exterior, another band encircles the lower neck, pear shaped body on a folded foot and an applied vertical handle, height 210mm. Large and attractive, some professional repairs to the body, otherwise very fine and scarce.
