TORTOLA, issue 1805-23, type II countermark, eighth dollar, a cut eighth segment of an eight reales (probably Charles III Mexico), countermarked TIRTILA in relief within a shaped indent (Pr.10; KM.16)(2.82g). Coin worn, countermark nearly very fine.
