TORTOLA, issues 1805-24, type III countermark, half-dollar, a cut half segment of a Charles III eight reales, reverse countermarked TIRTILA within shaped indent (9.22g)(Pr.12, cf Pridmore Sale lot 194; KM.20). Coin almost fine, countermark very fine, of light weight.
