TRINIDAD, H.E. Rapseys half stampee, Port of Spain token in copper, countermarked with F.D. (Francois Declos) a barber in Port of Spain to revalue half stampee to one stampee (Lyall 501). Nearly very fine and extremely rare, only two examples known to Lyall.
