WORLD RELIGIOUS MEDALS, Italy, Bologna, 1845, Opera Pia dei Poveri Vergognosi, in bronze (44mm), obverse, Saint Nimbato receiving homage from a kneeling man; Michelangelo, 88th Birthday, a 19th century copy in gilt of the medal by Leone Leoni (34mm) (2); Kievan Rus, 950th Anniversary of Christianity, 988-1938, in silver (30mm), obverse Prince of Novgorod Grand Prince of Kiev, reverse, St Olga of Kiev; Poland, 600th Anniversary of the Monastery of Jasna Gora, 1382-1982, in bronze (80mm), obverse, framed icon of the Black Madonna of Czestochowa supported by a Pauline Monk to left and right, reverse, view of the Monastery. Good very fine - good extremely fine. (5)
