HAWAII, rare promotional booklet for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition, 1914, board cover, 64pp with b&w images throughout, printed by Paradise of the Pacific Press, Honolulu, Hawaii; very rare miniature flag of Hawaii at the time featuring the Union Jack in the canton with eight horizontal stripes of white, red, blue, white, red, blue, white, red representing the eight major islands, the flag is attached to a thin timber flagpole. The flag with age toning, the booklet virtually as new except for some light toning and some rust stains caused by the staples used to bind it. (2)
