CHARLES I, (1625 - 1649), Oxford Mint, silver crown, mm plume with band, dated 1643, Morrieson B-1, (28.88 g), obv. Oxford horseman on groundline, plume with band in field, rev. three plumes with bands in field, four pellets in legend after INIMICI, N over retrograde N in INIMICI, (S.2947, N.2406, SCBI Brooker 873). Toned, struck on a broad flan, attractive, nearly fine/fine and rare.
