THE ORIENTAL BANKING CORPORATION, one pound, Sydney, 2nd Feburary 1874 524292 (MVR type 10), imprint Perkins, Bacon & Co. London. Old paper tape repair on back to hold vertical centre fold separation, otherwise fine and rare, sold with a Bank of New South Wales, one pound, Sydney 1st October 1872 A/A 666404 (MVR 7), right hand half only, otherwise very good. (2)

Discovered concealed in a cigar box in an estate belonging to a bank employee.
