CIMMERIAN BOSPOROS, Thrace, Black Sea Area, Pantikapaion Mint, (c.325-310 B.C.), AE 20, (6.31 g), obv. bearded head of Pan to right, wearing wreath of ivy leaves, rev. Griffin forepart to left, sturgeon below, **PAN* around, (S.1700, BMC 20, SNG BMC Black Sea 869ff, SNG Cop.30, McDonald, Bosporus 69). Dark dark brown patina, good very fine, scarce.
