THRACE, Apollonia Pontika, (c.480/78-450 B.C.), silver drachm, 15mm, (3.37 g), Light Thraco-Macedonian standard, obv. anchor, crawfish and A flanking, rev. facing gorgoneion within incuse circle, early style, (S.1655, BMC 15, Topalov, Apollonia 41, HGC 3, 1323). Old cabinet tone, a few scratches and marks under tone.
