THESSALY, Pharsalos, (440-425 B.C.), silver triobol or hemidrachm, (2.95 g), obv. Athena head to right in close fitting helmet, T/**Q* behind neck, rev. horse's head to right in incuse square, **F AR* to right, (cf.S.2192, Lavva 147 [same dies obv.69, rev. 81, 15 known], McClean 4679 [same obverse die]). Good fine and rare.
