CORINTHIA, Corinth, (350-306 B.C.), silver stater, (8.15 g), obv. Pegasos flying to left, Q below, rev. head of Athena to left, wearing Corinthian helmet, crotalus behind, A and **L* to left and below, (cf.S.2629, Calciati 406 [p.256], Ravel 1044, cf.BMC 243). Light uneven tone, well centred, some obverse surface roughness, otherwise, very fine.

Ex George Mihailuk Collection, acquired from Edlins c.2005, previously from Noble Numismatics Sale 76 (lot 3298).
