CAPPADOCIA, Caesarea, Marcus Aurelius, (A.D. 161-180), silver didrachm, (6.65 g), issued 161-166, obv. laureate cuirassed bust of Marcus Aurelius to right, around **AYTOKP ANTWNEINOC CEB*, rev. Mt. Argaeus surmounted by Helios, globe in right hand sceptre in left, around **UP*ATOC **G*, (S.1661, BMC 169, Syd. 325-6, Metcalf 129f, SNG von Aulock 6432). Has been cleaned, very fine and rare.
