PHOENICIA, Arados, uncertain king, (c.380-351/0 B.C.), silver obol (0.62 g), obv. laureate head of Ba'al-Arwad right, rev. galley right over waves, (S.5973, Betlyon 13, HGC 10, 46); Samaria, under Mazaeus, (c.375-333 B.C.), silver obol or 1/8th shekel (0.68 g), obv. galley to left, rev. Persian king slaying lion, (cf.S.5940, Meshorer & Qedar 96). Very fine; second nearly very fine, a crude strike, and a little porous. (2)
