QUEEN'S SOUTH AFRICA MEDAL 1899, (type 3 reverse), - three clasps - Transvaal, South Africa 1901, South Africa 1902. Lieut: W.R.Bell. Rly: Pnr: Rgt: Engraved. The two top clasps not secured to the lower clasp, otherwise nicely toned nearly extremely fine.

William Reid Bell, a British civil engineer, served in B Coy 4Bn Railway Pioneer Regiment.
