QUEEN'S SOUTH AFRICA MEDAL 1899, (type 3 reverse), - four clasps - Cape Colony, Orange Free State, South Africa 1901, South Africa 1902. Civil Surgeon D.C.Henry. Impressed. Nicely toned, good very fine.

Dr David Colin Henry of Canberra, ACT in 1932. Previous research stated that Dr Henry worked alongside Australian forces in South Africa and migrated to Australia in 1920. He was President of the Rob Roy Society in Canberra and wrote an authoritative paper on tuberculosis.
