PAIR: South Africa Medal 1877-79, - clasp - 1879; Natal Medal 1906. Tr Brown. Stanger Md Rifles. on first medal, H.M.Brown. on second medal. Both medals engraved. Both ribbons with residue from being glued for display, medals nicely toned, the second with some small scratch marks, otherwise extremely fine.
Trooper H.M.Brown entitlement to 1879 clasp confirmed on medal roll for Stanger Mounted Rifles. Only 55 medals issued to this unit, 54 with 1879 clasp and one without clasp.
