Douglas Samuel Bell, carter, age 18, born at Homebush, Sydney, NSW; Enl.04Nov1915 at Holdsworthy, NSW with 12 months service in Militia; Emb.17Dec1915 with reinforcements for 19Bn; TOS 2Bn at Tel-el-Kebir 14Feb1916; KIA 03Sep1916 in Belgium; Buried at Railway Dugouts Burial Ground (Transport Farm), West-Vlaanderen, Belgium.
