JAPAN, Order of the Rising Sun 8th Class, in case of issue. Ribbon toned, otherwise extremely fine.
With two Japanese banknotes inscribed on front in ink, probably by a US serviceman. Details not completely legible but both appear to be from Cracker ?? (surname on one note only but illegible) DFC, MEM, HC, 2nd ?, ??, Cross of Valor, one to Mechia (?), the other to Barry.
