NAVAL TRANSPORT COALING BATTALION, lapel badge (KC), in gilt and enamel, button hole suspension, reverse impressed 204. Very fine and very scarce.

This battalion was established in June 1916 and operated out of Sydney. It was disbanded in 1917 and the badges forfeited following industrial action.
