BRITISH GUIANA, Colonies of Essequibo and Demerary, George III, silver three guilders, 1809, edge grained left (Pridmore 4; KM.8). Lightly toned, with considerable original mint bloom, usual soft strike on obverse bust and letters, blotchy toning, otherwise attractive extremely fine and rare.

Ex R.A.Climpson (Sale 85B, lot 1873, from Spink Australia in 1977) and Mark E.Freehill collections.
