WEST AFRICA, Sierra Leone, cut quarter segment of a Charles IIII Spanish American eight reales or dollar, countermarked (c1832-4), with crowned W(illiam) R(ex) incuse on obverse of the original coin (5.73g) (Vice FT4 from punch 2; KM.10). Unworn, traces of IIII show, extremely fine and very rare.
