SABINA, wife of Hadrian, (died A.D.136-7), AE As, Rome Mint, (10.76 g), issued 131-5, obv. laureate draped bust to right of Sabina, wearing double stephane, around [SABINA AVG]VSTA HADRIANI AVG P P, rev. CONCOR DIA AVG around, Concordia seated to left, holding patera and resting on statue of Spes, (cf.S.3944, RIC 1037, Abdy Group 4 19). Even brown toning, nearly very fine and scarce.
