AURELIAN, (A.D. 270-285), billon antoninianus, Ticinum Mint, (3.47 g), obv. radiate, cuirassed bust to right, around IMP C AVRELIANVS AVG, rev. Sol walking left, treading down one of two captives, holding globe and raising right hand, around ORIENS AVG, in exergue SXXT,(cf.S.11572, RIC 151 S). Toned, some silvering, nearly extremely fine.
