CONSTANTIUS II, (337-361 A.D.), silver siliqua, Sirmium Mint, struck 351-355 A.D.,(2.16 g), obv. Pearl-diademed draped and cuirassed bust of Constantius II to right, around D N CONSTAN TIVS PF AVG, rev. VOTIS/ XXX/ MVLTIS/ XXXX, within wreath, in exergue SIRM, (S.17936, RIC 68, C.342-3e). Toned, nearly extremely fine and very scarce.

Ex Dr V.J.A. Flynn Collection. Previously Seaby, c.1960s with ticket.
