THEODOSIUS I, (A.D. 379-395), silver siliqua, Trier mint, (1.61 g), obv. pearl-diademed bust of Theodosius to right, around [D]N THEODO SIVS PF A[VG], rev. VIRT[VS R]OMANORVM around, Roma seated left on cuirass holding Victory and reversed spear, TRPS in exergue, (S.20456, RIC 94b, RSC 57a). Toned, nearly very fine and scarce.
