CENTRAL ASIAN SWORD BELT, Tibet, late 19th century, sword belt with five separate steel plates attached to a thin leather belt, each plate intricately decorated and traces of being damascened, strap fitting to go through securing buckle is a braided leather strip, at each side is a swinging bracket for hanging sword or dagger. Very good.
