ELIZABETH I MEMORIAL, 1602, in bronze (40mm) (Eimer 79), by J.Dassier, obverse, three-quarters draped bust of Elizabeth I half facing left, reverse, Eye of God above a scene of the Spanish Armada being destroyed at sea and at the left is Religion holding a bible and lighted candle and at the right is Minerva holding a rudder and palm branch. A later casting, extremely fine.
