CITY OF LONDON SCHOOL, 1834, in silver (57mm) (Eimer 1279), by B.Wyon, obverse, facade of the school building, reverse, Knowledge seated right instructs standing youth leaning on a tablet inscribed, 'JOHN/CARPENTER/1447', and with London City arms at top. Detail on tablet worn, otherwise very fine/fine.
