CHINA, Yunnan, Dian culture, (279-109 B.C.), bronze statuette of a seated lady, in squatting pose with hands cupped to hold an object, elaborate hair brushed and dressed down her back, the robes intricately decorated with birds and clouds, (100mm high, 50mm wide). Very fine and rare.
