Tait who was in imminent danger of drowning in a Pond at Tenterden and whose life he gallantly saved.', signed by Duke of Argyll. Some foxing and age toning, otherwise fine.

Together with research that indicates that in 1918 Harold Pearson Tait was appointed Temporary Lieutenant in the British Army.
