Sydney, 22Nov1943/27Nov1943/29Jan1944', named in ink to 'No 422296/Name W.A.G. Reid R.A.L. on first two and Sgt W.A.G. Reid R.A.L. on last', all unused. Pin hole marks at left side and some foxing, otherwise very fine and scarce. (3)

Ronald Arthur Lloyd Reid, born 21May1918 at Willoughby, Sydney, NSW; Enl.26Apr1942 at Sydney, NSW; died 28Jun1944 as Flight Sergeant posted to HQ Middle East; recorded on the Roll of Honour at Asquith, Hornsby, NSW. In newspaper reports from the war, Flight Sergeant Reid was reported missing believed killed.
