ITALY, Bruttium, Croton (Kroton), (430-420 B.C.), silver triobol (1.20 g), (diobol according to Sear), obv. tripod-lebes with three handles to left and terminating in lion's feet, QPO downwards retrograde, dotted border, rev. Pegasos flying to left, (S.468, SNG ANS 323, BMC 52, SNG Lloyd 612, HN Italy 2127). Toned, fine and very scarce. $$ Ex Spink & Son, London, 18 December 1994 with ticket [?85].
