THRACE, Black Sea Area, bronze proto-currency, AE arrowhead coinage, (6th century B.C.), from from region of Istros in Moesia, as arrowheads (2) length of 30-33mm, (2.43 [illustrated], 3.95 g), (S.-, SNG Black Sea 218). Has been cleaned and very fine and scarce, one illustrated. (2)

Ex CNG Triton X, 9 January 2007 (lot 1701 part), one from Dimitry Markov, New York with his ticket, both with additional tickets with a description by H.N. Pollard PhD.
