Juilis Eurycles, 31-7 B.C.), AE as, (4.95 g), obv. laureate head of Zeus to right, rev. club, acrossfield, **L - A, EPI [EU]/PU - K/ [LEOS]* all within wreath, (S.4868, Grunauer XXVI Series 4, 64, RPC 1103, BCD Peloponnesos 921); Seleukid kings of Syria, Antiochos IV Epiphanes, (175-164 B.C.), AE 32 (38.34 g), "Egyptianizing" series, Antioch on the Orontes issued 169-168 B.C., obv. laureate head of Zeus-Serapis to right, wearing tainia with Osiris cap at tip, rev. eagle standing right on thunderbolt, to right **BASILEWS/ANTIOCOU* to left **QEOU.EPIFANOUS*, (S.6985, SC 1413, HGC 9, 642) (illustrated); Syria, Laodikea, year 2 (B) = 80-79 B.C., AE 18, (7.29 g), obv.laureate head of Zeus to right, rev. tripod, **LAODIKEWN IERAS KAI - LUTONOMOU*, B in left field, (S.5877; HGC 9, 1405; cf.BMC 10) (illustrated).
