SYRIA, Seleucis & Pieria, Antiochia ad Orontem (Antioch), Caracalla (A.D. 198-217), silver tetradrachm, (13.86 g), issued 216-217, obv. laureate head of Caracalla to right, around legend AVT K.M.A. ANT**W*NEINOC C EB, rev. eagle standing facing, head to right, wreath in beak, **D* E in upper field to left and right of eagle, around **D*HMAPX E**X UPA TO*C TO**D*, (cf.S.2650, McAlee 681, Prieur 224, Bellinger 19). Brilliant, extremely fine or better, rare in this condition.
