BAKTRIA, Kingdom of, Heliokles I, (c.145-130 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, from Balk the Baktra chief Workshop mint, obv. diademed bust of Heliokles to right, rev. Zeus standing facing head to left, holding thunderbolt and sceptre, around **BASILEWS to right, to left **HLIOKLEOUS, in exergue **DIKAIOU, PA* monogram to left, (S.7634, Bop. series 1M, (no. 11), M.284a, MIG 501, HGC 12, 169). Very fine and very scarce.

Ex Noble Numismatics Sale 61 August 4-6, 1999 (lot 2681), previously from Glendining's auction Oct. 17, 1978 (lot 28).
He is described as 'King Heliokles the Just" (Dikaios).
