L B across, eagle standing left with wreath in beak, (S.-, Milne 3336) (illustrated); Diocletian, (284-305 A.D.), Year 12, rev. Elpis standing left holding flower and lifting skirt, year marks L-IB across field, (cf.Milne 5204); Maximianus, (286-305 A.D.), year 3, (287-288), (8.13 g), rev. eagle with wreath in beak, (Milne 4824).
