CYRENAICA, Cyrene, (c.322-313 B.C.), issue of Ophellas Ptolemaic governor, Nokonos magistrate, AE 18, (7.16 g), obv. horse galloping right, rev. oval wheel with four spokes and hub seen in perspective, (S.6339, BMC 189-193); another before 308 B.C, AE 22, (9.44 g), obv. head of Kyrene right, rev. three silphium plants arranged star wise, (S.6334, BMC 179); Africa, Cyrene, Ptolemy V (204-180 B.C.), AE 20, (6.01 g), obv. head of Ptolemy I to right, club behind head, rev. draped bust of Libya right, legend around, (S.7882, Sv.1268, BMC 95). Nearly fine - very fine, some roughness, mostly rare. (3)
