VITELLIUS, (A.D. 69), silver denarius, issued 69, Rome Mint, obv. laureate head to right of Vitellius, around [A V]ITELLIVS GERMAN IMP TR P, rev. around IVPPITER [VI]CTOR, Jupiter seated left, naked to waist, holding Victory and sceptre, (S.2197, RIC 75, BMC 8, RSC 44). Toned, very fine and scarce.
