JUSTINIAN I, (527-565), AE follis, Constantinople mint, (21.59 g) issued year 15 = 541-542, officina B, obv. Justinian bust facing, DN IVSTINI ANVS PP AVC, rev. M, B below, year X/U, CON in exergue, large thin flan, (S.163, DOC.40a, BMC 56-57); together with a similar example (21.48 g), officina **D*, (S.163, DOC 40d, BMC 61). Both with large flans, green patination, second wth flan cracks, very fine and scarce. (2)
