Together with ID disc engraved 'W.K.Douglas/Chaplain/12th Bn AIF/C of E', Rising Sun hat badge and collar badges (2); copy of photograph, research including copy of Service Record.

MC: LG 01JAN1918, CAG 18Apr1918 'For gallantry and conspicuous devotion to duty. At Boursies on 6th and 9th April 1917 he remained for two nights at the Regimental Aid Post assisting the R.E.C. and on the 10th inst when the enemy had been driven back, went into the open, close behind the firing line, officiating at the burial of the dead, exposed to shell fire and heavy fire from snipers. He has always set an example of gallantry and devotion to duty'.
