NEW SOUTH WALES, R.R.R. (Railway Refreshment Rooms) probably a toothpick holder, in nickel silver, bell shaped (37mm Hx55.5mm W at base), with lift-out central cylinder, impressed on one side is a garter with the words, 'New South Wales', and in the centre is a crown above R.R.R. Very fine.
